Many of you have probably heard of Marie Kondo, the organization guru gal. I bought her book (and I blogged about it last year), the life-changing magic of tidying up, read that bad boy and implemented some of her ideas. There was no way I could do everything at once, especially with three young . . .
Now that’s some hair!
If you have a dog, especially a dog with a fluffy coat that's full of volume and I mean volume, then you'll know what the picture below is. If you don't own a dog, you may think this is weirdo stuffing for a pillow or the material used for a really, really bad wig. This featured mongo mound of . . .
Be Kool Little Man
*this morning when Little Man was sporting an 80's headband look with the fever having hit the road Little Man had a slight fever the other night, followed by a fever yesterday and two more in the night. He was the final victim of the flu that Little Lady and Little Red had experienced earlier in . . .
Clean sinks, toilets and disco lights!
About two weeks ago, I was at our local mercantile where you can get produce, milk, meat, liquor, lumber, rat poison, bike parts, plumbing parts, etc. (mind blown, right?) to purchase a pumice stone for the rings in our toilets and our sink drains. We live in the country and have hard water, so . . .
And the list of good books for wee ones continues . . .

Saturday, our town Family Lions Club had a family event at a local park where we all spent roughly six hours that included setting up, manning various activities and finally, cleaning up. We were . . .
Norwex Cleaning Paste is AAAHMAZING!
Picture me standing with my arms up in the air and in my most powerful Oprah voice, as if I were announcing that everyone is getting a car (sorry, no one is getting a car), I am declaring that Norwex Cleaning Paste is AMAZING! I found a teakwood dining table last spring on Craigslist, bought that . . .
Wool that doesn’t shrink in the dryer!
Do you enjoy the occasional zap of static when you pull laundry out of the dryer? Yeah, me neither. If you live in the arid West, it's especially pronounced, for the most part, due to our absolute lack of humidity. Anyway, I don't use fabric softener and the shocks from freshly cleaned and dried . . .
