Little Man with one of his favorite reads at 18 months
Since I was curious as to how many children’s books I have just on the bookshelves in what the Littles have dubbed “The Library”, I decided to do a rough count. Well, I think I have around 700-725 children’s books that were in my classroom. Little Man also has a small bookshelf in his room that is full of books. Little Lady and Little Red also have books in their rooms but their books are more of the novel variety, so they don’t number as many. In our living room, there are two baskets full of children’s books. We have a book problem. Like an explosion of the literary world.
Here are a few of my favorite holiday books:
Russell’s Christmas Magic by Rob Scotton
The Dumb Bunnies Go to the Zoo by Dav Pilkey

Again, these are just some of my favorite children’s books. If I made a list of all my favorite books, I’d need to have snacks, a jug of water and to be wearing astronaut diapers, it’d take that long. Ha, ha. Enjoy this list! I hope you find some good books to buy for your wee ones!
*I just read an email that our internet system may be down for most of tomorrow to update the system/tower, therefore, possibly a no post day for tomorrow.
